I work at the intersection of visual development, design, and production visualization, helping creative teams shape visual ideas, test possibilities, and translate them into clear decisions.
Over the years I have collaborated on more than one hundred projects across film, television, commercials, and a wider range of visual and spatial storytelling projects. My work often sits between disciplines, connecting creative intent with practical execution through concept development, storyboarding, spatial visualization, and design direction.
Rather than focusing on a single role, my practice moves across different stages of the creative process: from early visual exploration and narrative planning to spatial studies, production visualization, and the translation of design ideas into practical solutions.
I see visual development not simply as illustration, but as a way of thinking. Images, drawings, models, and visualizations allow creative teams to understand story, space, atmosphere, scale, and the practical consequences of creative decisions before those decisions become expensive to change.
Because of this, my work often involves more than producing individual images. I help define visual intent, explore alternatives, establish coherent visual direction, and create the material needed for directors, designers, producers, art departments, and VFX teams to evaluate and communicate ideas.
In parallel with my independent practice, I work through VAD, a flexible visual development and production visualization practice that expands according to the needs of each project, bringing in specialized collaborators when additional capacity or expertise is required. You can see more at www.vadvisuals.com.
My experience includes collaboration with production designers, directors, cinematographers, VFX teams, art departments, and construction teams, particularly on projects where visual development, spatial thinking, digital tools, and physical production need to work together.

I am particularly interested in projects where visual thinking plays a central role in shaping narrative worlds and where creative direction and technical processes need to evolve together. If you want to see more specific samples of my work, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Outside of production work, I continue to explore traditional painting and sculpture as a way of maintaining a direct relationship with material, form, and visual intuition.
